How to register an advertisement ?

Nothing more simple : go to "register an advertisement " at the left top of this page. You can register one or several advertisements ; attractive package rates are proposed for 5 or more advertisements.
Then fill in the form which appears on screen by following the 4 steps (no special knowledge required to publish an advertisement). You just have to prepare in advance the text, photos and video ( optional ) of your advertisement.

Then you will have to choose your payment mode (credit card, check or bank transfer). You can pay in safety using your CB or Mastercard with our partner PayPal, world-wide known for its trustable safety payment system online. We don't receive your bank datas and your credit card numbers. After payment, your advertiser will be checked and validated by our service. Your advertisement will be published all over My Holidays Rentals network.
Then, you are fully responsible for texts, photos and videos (image rights) of your advertisement as well as rates and availability updates.
The websites of My Holidays Rentals are only meant to publish advertisements, with no assignment to inspect the quality of published services.

Am I payback in case of my advertisement is not accepted on My Holidays Rentals ?

Yes, if your advertisement is refused because it doesn't correspond to our My Holidays Rentals quality policy or to our visitor's interests, We will payback your subscription after deducting processing fees of 14 £ .

My service is located in USA, where do I register my advertisement ?

You can register your advertisement on any website of My Holidays Rentals. Your advertisement will be published all over My Holidays Rentals included among others the américain website.
But if your place of residence is Spain, we advise you to register on the website Sapin to receive a spanish invoice.

What should I write in further informations ?

You may describe your renting or service and emphasize aspects which don't appear in the form ; just avoid using superlative as "superb or somptuous", but rather use " equipment of quality ". It is very important your comments are objective and faithfull to reality !

Can I update my mon advertisement ?

yes, as soon as your advertisement has been validated and put online, you will have unlimited access to your personal back office thanks to your personal access code ; then you will very easily :

- Modify your photos, add new ones, replace or delete some ( simple photos or photos 360°)
- Update the description of your service
- Update your availability calendar ( regular updating improves your ranking in searching results)
- Update your rates
- Add or take off promotional renting week (rental services)
- Offer a gift voucher to visitors (restaurants)
- Extend your subscription
- Check the number of sponsorings made

Can you update my advertisement for me ?

No, our system is made to allow the advertiser to make his updatings by himself, in a very simple way, with no special knowledge required to update rates, availability calender, photos and videos..., for example.

How to load the photos 360° ?

You can load 5 panoramic photos visible in 360°.
To create a virtual visit with a numeric camera, you have to take several photos which will give a panoramic view after being joined. For this, you should stand in the middle of the room of which you want a photo ( or somewhere outside).Then, you need to take photos in series, revolving a little after each photo, and taking care that the following photo will have a part of the previous photo.
Some advices :
You don't need any special camera ; anyone can take this kind of series of photos
- Use a focale distance of 35 mm or less (in any case, don't zoom )
- Your photos need to overlay themselves at least from 20% to 30%
- Keep your camera very stable and at the same level, horizontal to ground
- Ideal is to fix the camera on a tripod and make it to revolve slowly
- To have a good panoramic view, using countryside mode, you will need about 20 photos to create your virtual panoramic photo 360°.
- To have more details, you can take photos using portrait mode, and increase number of photos to create your virtual panoramic photo 360°.

Then, the software provided with your camera will allow you to join your photos and create your virtual panoramic photo 360°. When this done, you will have to save your photos and respect following features : size of 2000 x240 pixels, 200-300 Ko maximum and jpeg format.
To load the panoramic photos 360° in your advertisement, go to your "Back office", click on Updating and choose Photo 360°. Then, load your photos one by one in the right categories.
Warning : bad quality photos or located at wrong place will be deleted by our service.

I did not choose the video option, but I would like to have it now : how to do ?

Go to your personal back and click on Updating, choose "Video", and load your video (avi, mpg or wmv format ; size 4 Mo maximum, means a film of about 30 secondes) ; you will have to pay online with Pay Pal and, after payment validation, your video will be online.
Warning : the video option rate remains the same, even if you put it on line very late after your advertisement's registering : the video rate is not depending of the delay of its publishing but will only be published untill the termination date of your advertisement's subscription.
We advise you to choose this option as soon as possible, even from the beginning, so that the visitors will enjoy the publishing of your video as long as possible !

I paid for the video option 3 months ago, and my advertisement subscription will run out in 4 months, should I renew the video option at the same time as my subcription ?

Yes, the termination date of the video's option is the same as the termination date of your subscription, even if you choose to insert it a few month before. You will need to choose again the video option at the same time as your subscription renewal, for the delay 6, 12 or 24 years. This is why we advice you to take the option video at the time as your subscription.

I have new photos for my advertisement, is it possible to replace the old ones on My Holidays Rentals ?

You can change as often as you want all photos of your advertisements. You just need to go to your personal "Back office" and load your new photos. They will be onliune after validation by our service..

How to pay for my subscription ?

- By Credit Card : we use PayPal's process, world-wide known for its trustable safety payment system online SSL 128bits. We don't receive your bank datas and your credit card numbers ; and your advertisement will be online more quickly, upon 48h to 72h !
- By Bank Transfer : at the end of the registering process of your advertisement, you will choose transfer payment, put your advertisement reference and you will receive an E-mail with our bank references ; your advertisement will be online as soon as our account will be credited.

Will I receive any invoice ?

Yes, we send an invoice by E-mail as soon as the advertisement is validated, after payment. In case of a package ( for eg 5 advertisements) the invoice will be sent after the 5th advertisement will be registered.

When will my advertisement be online ?

Your advertisement will checked and validated after receipt of your payment ; It will be online upon 72h maximum if it's valid.

How to extand my subscription ?

Go to your personal back office, and choose "Subscription renewal ", then choose payment mode (credit card, bank transfer or check) ; as soon as the payment is received and your advertisement validated, your subscription will be extanded of the chosen period.

How to cancel my subscription ?

After payment, your subscription runs for the chosen period (6, 12 or 24 months). You will be able to cancel your subscription only at the termination date by not renewing it. Then, it will stop automatically.
Before termination date, you can take off your advertisement by using your back office, but you will not be paid back for the period remaining.

How to know when my subscription will run out ?

You can check termination date in your personal "Back office".
30 days, 15 days, 5 days et 1 day before termination date, you will receive an alert E-mail. A last E-mail will be sent to you when the publishing of your advertisement will stop. Nevertheless, you will have an aditional delay of 30 days after termination date to renew your subscription without needing registering it again. after this time, your advertisement will be deleted from our database.

How will the visitors contact me ?

The visitors, your future clients, will directly contact you by E-mail, phone, or mail to get further informations and make reservations. My Holidays Rentals is not involved and don't interfere in talks, bargaining, and litigations.

Is there any guarantee of reservations ?

We don't guarantee any reservation of the advertisements published on our network ; we only guarantee that the advertisements will be published and visible on all the international websites of My Holidays Rentals, as well as the affiliated websites for their subscription period.

How do I know I have received a request for information or reservation from a visitor ?

In your personal "Back office", you will find the section "Number of forms received" where the number of E-mails sent from your advertisement form on My Holidays Rentals websites network is listed.

How works the quotations system ?

Visitors can send to advertisers an invitation to tender for one or many services to get several quotations and make his choice.You are alerted by E-mail and receive a quotation request if your advertisement corresponds to the visitor's criterion searching. You just need to go and check your personal "Back office" to see this quotation request and answer to it if you want.
Warning : numbers of quotations are limited by the visitor ; so, only the first advertiser will have a chance to be chosen.
The advertiser will be informed in his personal "Back office" of the number of quotations requested, the number of quotations sent and the end of the request.

How to appear in the link "Special Offers " ?

You need to put a renting week in Promotion in your personal "Back office" and your advertisement will be automatically inserted in the links "Special offers ".

On wich websites will my advertisement be pubished ?

Your advertisement is published on the whole of My Holidays Rentals international websites network, whose some has monthly a very large traffic of visitors. Moreover, it will be published as well on My Holidays Rentals affiliates websites thanks to our affiliation program which allows any owner of tourism and advertisements website to publish all My Holidays Rentals advertisements.
We actively works to increase continually the numbers of affiliated partners and by this way, enlarge the visibility of your advertisements.

No, the number of sponsoring made is cumulated while current subscription. When this one is over, if you renew you subscription, the meter which cumulate numbe of sponsoring made will start again from zero.

You will choose the number of answers you want, and you will have the choice to stop your quotations request anytime you want, for eg, if you have received a proposal which suits you.

How to be alerted in case of new advertisements ?

You have two choices :

- Become a Member (free) and create your e-mail alerts and manage the periodicity of receipt.

- We send once per month the My Holidays Rentals newsletter by e-mail to any interested visitor, who will have chosen to receive it on an advertiser's contact form.

Why do the contact references do not appear for "Home exchange" advertisements ?

Advertisers' contact references are only available for other advertisers. If you are interested by a property to be exchanged, and want to contact the owner, you need to register on My Holidays Rentals as advertiser member. With your ID as an advertiser, you will be able to contact the advertiser for "home exchange".

How to get more informations on advertisements ?

To get further informations for an advertisement, you need to contact directly the advertiser :

They will answer and send to you all informations required.

All reservations are made between advertisers and visitors. My Holidays Rentals is not involved and don't interfere in talks, bargaining, and litigations.

How to know availability for reservation ?

The advertisement for lodging and renting boats displays a availability calendar. Different colors indicates season of rates and availability. Days in grey color are no more available.

What are rental guarantees ?

Only advertiser assumes all responsability and rental guarantees (description, quality, rates, availability,...) of its advertisement ; make sure the terms of your reservation contract are clearly defined with him.

Websites of My Holidays Rentals purpose is only to register and publish advertisements , with no assignment to check veracity and quality of offered services by the advertisers. Only the advertisers are liable for the content of their advertisements and can be blaimed for any breach of trust, bad quality or lying description.

We declines any responsability as for any accidents, incidents, disturbances which may occur during bargaining of reservations terms and during the rental period ; we don't interfere in potential litigation between advisers and their clients.

Nevertheless, we will consider any remark about services you could denounce. With the entire satisfaction of our visitors as an objective, we may stop publishing an advertisement which wouldn't respond to our quality policy.

Can I receive at home a catalog of My Holidays Rentals advertisements ?

I did not find any advertisement meeting my wish, what to do ?

If you didn't find any advertisement responding to your criterions, you can create one or several e-mail alert(s) describing your searching criterions. then, you will received all advertisements which fulfill your request(s). it's very easy and you just need to register as My Holidays Rentals member (free) on Member Space to enjoy this service !
